Qatar Ballroom
Lavin-Bernick Center, Uptown Campus

At Grad Fest, you will:

  • Order your official personalized commencement announcements. Share your achievement with family, friends, and colleagues by ordering your announcements at this event. We encourage you to order in person at Grad Fest to avoid errors.
  • Order your Tulane Ring. Show your pride with a college ring as unique as your education. This is your last chance to order for guaranteed delivery by commencement.
  • Have a free formal cap & gown portrait proof taken by Candid Campus Photography. Photos will be available to order online after the event. Normal sitting fees are waived during Grad Fest.
  • Purchase a Tulane diploma frame to preserve your diploma and showcase your accomplishment.
  • Make your donation to Seniors for the Tulane Fund — a great way to express your pride and support for Tulane.
  • Find out about the Wave Goodbye Party, school graduation ceremonies, hotel & rental car information for your families, and other commencement weekend info.

NOTE: JD and LLM students do not need to purchase regalia.  The Law School will be submitting the regalia order for these graduates.

Spring 2020 exam numbers assigned

  • 28 January 2020

The exam numbers (blind grading IDs) for the Spring 2020 semester have been assigned.  Students will use this one exam number assigned to them for all examinations taken or assignments done anonymously during the spring term.  This is different than any exam number used during a previous semester.

To access your exam number log on to GIBSON online and select the Blind Grading ID option under the Law School Services heading. Then choose Spring 2020 when prompted for the term.

Information regarding exams procedures and instructions will be posted closer to the exam period.
