ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE INSTALLED THE EXAMPLIFY SOFTWARE AND COMPLETED THE BASELINE PHOTO MOCK TEST BEFORE THE EXAM PERIOD

  1. Using FireFox, go to examsoft.com/tul - Under 'Exam Takers', select LOGIN (not login with Examsoft ID).  This should prompt you for your Tulane login credentials.  Select Download to download the software and complete the installation procedures.
  2. Complete the Baseline Photo Mock Test to set up your baseline photo and submit the biometric consent.    Note that the password for the baseline photo mock test is test123
  • You may need to clear the registration before completing the baseline photo mock test. To clear registration, follow the instructions HERE.  Ensure you do not have any downloaded exams or pending uploads before clearing registration.

Some students have reported getting an “Authorization Pending” message when trying to access Examplify.   These solutions have worked  for students who have reported the issue:

  1. Clear cache and cookies on their browser (a link on how to do this in included HERE for your convenience) and try logging in again, or
  2. Copy the link on the Authentication Pending window by clicking on the "Copy Link" button, then paste the link into Firefox. You should then be able to close the browser and launch the application.  If this step doesn't work initially, please student clear cache and cookies in Firefox and try again.
